Real Estate Associate Attorney

• Managing and overseeing client files with accuracy, timeliness, and competency
• Preparing and managing all documents essential for processing, closing, and post-closing activities in residential and commercial real estate transactions
• Conducting client consultations, providing legal advice, and maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the case
• Developing and implementing legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Collaborating with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records
• Performing general office duties, including correspondence, calendaring, and filing
• Supporting the Real Estate team to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
• Engaging in marketing efforts to attract referrals and clients, expanding firm visibility in the community
• Acting as a notary public as needed to facilitate legal transactions
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and handling frequent interactions with clients, financial institution officials, and industry professionals
• Performing any additional tasks necessary to support the operational needs of the law firm

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Florida Bar
• Experience practicing Real Estate law, contracts, and related subjects with a strong understanding of the closing process
