Our Real Estate practice group is seeking a junior Real Estate Attorney to join our growing team in Sarasota, Florida. Whether you are already licensed to practice law in Florida - or panning to relocate and willing to sit for The Florida Bar exam in the near future - you are encouraged to apply.

Our team of real estate lawyers include board-certified real estate law specialists, commercial, residential, and transactional real estate attorneys, and litigators. We help buyers and sellers navigate complex real estate transactions. We protect our clients’ interests, expedite real estate contract negotiations and real estate closings, communicate with lenders, and help finalize title insurance. Williams Parker real estate attorneys work together as a team to provide clients with expert guidance in all aspects of residential real estate law and commercial real estate law.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience as an attorney and should be able to exhibit the attributes shown below. Comprehensive training through mentorship and hands-on experience alongside some of the best professionals in the field will accelerate knowledge and skill development.
