Real Estate Finance Attorney

 

Lewis Roca is seeking a Real Estate Finance attorney, to join its thriving Business Transactions practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years’ general real estate experience and/or experience in documenting, negotiating, closing, and conducting due diligence for real estate secured loans. Applicants must have strong academic records, excellent written and oral communication skills, and must be committed to providing exceptional client service. We are considering candidates for our Denver, CO office location, and such candidates would support cross office needs in Arizona and Nevada, as needed. Colorado bar required. Arizona, California and/or Nevada bar would be a plus.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the compensation range for this position is between $190,000 - $225,000. Actual compensation can vary and may be above or below the range based on qualifications and experience. Additional incentives may be applicable. The salary range for other firm locations will align with market rates.
