Our company is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced title processor to join our team. You will assist buyers and the title team in making sure the title application is prepared and submitted correctly, and work with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies to produce a clear title. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in title insurance, mortgage lending, or real estate transactions, with a keen eye for detail and outstanding research and customer service skills.   • Facilitate smooth communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors with a positive demeanor
  • Willingly perform other duties as needed


Title Processing Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate expertise in examining and clearing requirements on Title Commitments
  • Perform data entry for title orders and initiate requests for title from the underwriter on new orders
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential roadblocks or issues to customers
  • Perform data entry tasks, assist with post-closing duties, and support closers in fulfilling the closing process
  • Produce closing protection letters, Prelim-ALTA/CDs, and title requirements for lenders
  • Order surveys, payoffs, lien searches, and other required services to ensure clear title
  • Coordinate and schedule real estate closings with all involved parties
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of title insurance, real estate processing, and closings, including proficiency in professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle tasks such as ordering mortgage payoffs, estoppel letters, surveys, and more

Software Experience:

  • Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Standard/Pro, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and a 10-key calculator
  • Experience with QUALIA software is highly desired but not required
