We are looking to hire a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Essential Functions:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
RequirementsΒ
Requires a High School diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
Requires limited word processing, spreadsheet and data base software skills and knowledge
