Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries.
- Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties.
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
- Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date.
- The Receptionist should have a high school diploma.
- The Receptionist should have some prior office experience and experience with business phone systems and office computer systems and software.
- The Receptionist should have a pleasant speaking voice and be able to politely handle emotional callers.
- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- 1+ years of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred.
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations.
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Must have graduated high school, and received a G.E.D. or equivalent.
