We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to grow our team. Our Receptionist will mainly be responsible for answering the telephone, and being the first point of contact for former, current, and potential new clients, and other callers/guests/visitors on the phone and in person, providing friendly, empathetic customer service to individuals from the time they make initial contact with Klie Law Offices through the indefinite future; thereby increasing referral business and positive reviews. Other duties include maintaining the cleanliness and order of the main areas of the office, receiving and processing mail as well as maintaining, updating, and organizing case files. This position requires empathy, discipline, focus, organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.


This position will handle important administrative duties related to direct legal production team support, customer service, and office management. Must be able to maintain the ability to remain calm and collected in a fast-paced environment in high-pressure situations.

  • Can deal with a boss who is always busy, might not give much direction, might get distracted by new exciting things, and who finds administrative tasks to be a bit of a hassle.
  • Is not afraid to point out that you need more training or communication from your boss in order to get your work done.
  • The Receptionist should have a high school diploma.
  • The Receptionist should have some prior office experience and experience with business phone systems and office computer systems and software.      
  • The Receptionist should have a pleasant speaking voice and be able to politely handle emotional callers. 
  • The Receptionist should be able to navigate several computer screens and toggle back and forth between them.
