The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and ensuring the office environment remains professional and organized.
Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing exceptional service to prospective and current clients.
Manage the scheduling of client appointments and conference rooms as needed.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, conference rooms, and common areas.
Assist with light administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Support the legal team with occasional tasks and projects as assigned
