Job Summary: 

Oak Grove Estate Planning is seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our firm. The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and ensuring the office environment remains professional and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing exceptional service to prospective and current clients.

  • Manage the scheduling of client appointments and conference rooms as needed.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, conference rooms, and common areas.

  • Assist with light administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Support the legal team with occasional tasks and projects as assigned
