Responsibilities:

• Assist the Closing Paralegal with all aspects of the closing process


• Order HOA Statements and Mortgage Payoffs


• Communicate with buyers, sellers and agents regarding closing times, locations, etc.


• Assist in preparation of closing documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate


• Have a basic understanding of real estate title


• Great communication skills and customer service


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to move quickly between tasks


• Highly organized
