Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Closing Paralegal
• Ordering HOA Statements and Mortgage Payoffs
• Communicating with buyers and sellers regarding closing times, locations, etc.
• Assisting in preparation of closing documents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate
• Great communication skills and customer service
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to move quickly between tasks
• Highly organized
