Nelson Elder Care Law is looking for a Sales Relationship Manager to join our expanding law firm in Woodstock and Marietta, GA.


We are in need of an experienced sales professional with a compassionate demeanor and strong persuasion abilities. This role is suited for individuals who excel in dynamic settings, establish quick rapport with clients, and effectively articulate the benefits of our services.


The ability to collaborate effectively with our team is crucial, requiring passion and the skill to tailor solutions to meet clients' unique needs and objectives.

The ideal candidate should be adept at demonstrating the value of our elder law services to prospective clients, motivating them to enhance their quality of life.

Your role will involve close cooperation with other team members, where grace, genuine warmth, and enthusiasm are essential for achieving job objectives.


Please be informed that this position does not support remote work and follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Applicants should reside within a 30-minute commute of Woodstock or Marietta, GA. Kindly note that our firm conducts a comprehensive interview process, including scenario-based assessments, to thoroughly assess candidates' suitability for this role.

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients and referral sources for the purpose of describing how our legal services can help them. These may be done in person, by phone, or by Zoom.
  • Maintaining contact with people considering elder law services to keep the door open for them to walk through when they are ready.
  • Assuring potential clients that the Firm is able to help them, showing compassion, and explaining how we can improve their lives.
  • Working with other marketing professionals within the Firm to improve the marketing and sales funnel, improving the quality and volume of leads, and offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on "front lines" experience.
  • Recommending improvements and deploying systems that run the sales process efficiently and profitably.
  • Keep meticulous and comprehensive notes and client information within the CRM.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact with new clients through the onboarding process.
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales of products or services, luxury or high-end products and services are preferred. Proven track record using a consultative sales approach is required.
  • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or communication is preferred.
  • Strong capability and experience in consultative solutions selling.
  • Experience with a CRM, particularly reporting, is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. (Strong in Excel).
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is helpful, but not required.
