Scheduler - Construction Defense (Florida)

Derrevere Stevens Black & Cozad has an exciting opportunity to join their Construction Defense Team as a Scheduler in the South Florida area. This entry level position can be in office, hybrid or 100% work-from-home and will utilize cutting-edge legal technology. The successful candidate will be trained to assist with:

• Maintain attorney calendars by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, and court hearings, recording and monitoring court appearance dates, pleadings, and filing requirements


• Draft letters and documents


• Other administrative tasks as assigned
