We are looking for an experienced Senior Attorney to help our clients achieve favorable outcomes with legal matters. You will advocate for clients, advise them on the best course of action, and implement their legal support plan. You should have previous trial experience, be able to manage a heavy caseload, and use your general counsel experience and interpersonal skills to mentor our lower-level associates to ensure a continued legacy of prosperity.   • Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
  • Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client's behalf when appropriate
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
  • Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
  • Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information

  • A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required
  • Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued
  • Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative
  • A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
  • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory
