Who You Are:
The Senior Visual Designer will lead the design strategy and implementation for clients in the highly regulated industry vertical for the dedicated client team. While this is not a supervisor role, Senior-level employees at LaFleur Marketing are expected to have a high level of autonomy as identified by leadership accountabilities.


You will thrive as a Senior Designer if you are highly detail-oriented, creative, have a passion for collaboration and human-centered design, and have a curious problem-solving mindset. Someone who is versatile, empathetic, and fun will find fulfillment in this role. In addition to this you will:

  • Utilize your five years of relevant professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setting to meet the needs of our clients.

  • Lead the design process for a variety of projects, including digital, print, branding, and advertising campaigns.

  • Develop creative concepts and visual assets that effectively communicate our clients' messages and enhance their brand identity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, and development, to ensure cohesive and impactful designs.

  • Present design concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams, articulating the rationale behind design choices.

  • Build increasing subject matter expertise about our clients' industries, audiences, and brands.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate the latest design techniques and tools into your work.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.

  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to the overall creative direction of the agency.

  • Maintain company culture of trust and accountability
