As an integral senior member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling your own case load of litigation matters involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. You will also take on a supervisory role, overseeing a team of associates and assisting in their training and professional development. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role and be a part of a growing office!



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an attorney with extensive litigation experience in general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment
  • Experience handling litigation cases independently from start to finish, including developing and implementing strategy, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, coordinating with experts, law and motion practice, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, trial preparation, and mediations (trial experience is a plus!)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience overseeing a team of associates, including providing instruction, training, and constructive feedback to assist in their professional development
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, along with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the Colorado State Bar or a jurisdiction with reciprocity (candidates applying through reciprocity must have already met all eligibility requirements for admission on motion, including applicable practice requirements)

The expected base salary range is $150,000-$175,000, however actual compensation will be determined based on experience.
