This position may be filled remotely, or in any of our locations.
The Senior Manager - Marketing Technology & Delivery plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s marketing and business development efforts by managing a suite of lead-generation technology tools and processes. This role focuses on the administration, implementation, and optimization of marketing, branding, experience, relationship management, and pursuit technologies and delivery teams. The Senior Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides hands-on support, and ensures that technology solutions align with business needs. The ideal candidate has experience managing marketing technology tools, supporting adoption efforts, and mentoring team members. Essential job functions include:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration, enhancements, and implementation of marketing technology solutions.
- Support the development and execution of the Marketing Technology Strategy & Roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage product usage, budgets, and renewals to ensure cost-effective resource deployment.
- Ensure marketing and business development systems integrate effectively with enterprise systems and support data-sharing needs.
- Govern the use and optimization of lead generation and delivery technology tools, including:
- Websites and Digital/Email Marketing Tools
- Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Experience and Pursuit Management
- Event Management, Gifting, and Merchandising
- Digital Asset Management and Branding/Creative Design Suite
- Workflow Management
- Support the implementation of solutions that enhance relationship and pursuit intelligence, helping the firm leverage client relationships and experience to drive business growth.
- Manage website strategy and oversee website operations and maintenance. Work with the website team to implement website changes, oversee new page development and conduct annual website reviews with key stakeholders. Provide strong leadership on important factors such as usability, navigation and visual design.
- Oversee client email alerts, event/webinar eblasts, and other marketing emails. Assign email requests to appropriate team members, advise on best practices and offer recommendations to drive engagement (opens, clicks, registrations), and ensure brand accuracy and consistency.
- Track key performance indicators across the marketing technology stack and provide reporting and insights to leadership.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings and working sessions to align marketing technology with firmwide initiatives.
- Work with attorneys and business professionals to improve the efficiency of marketing and event processes.
- Assist in developing self-service tools for attorneys and business professionals to access key marketing and business development assets.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, professional ethics rules, and other regulatory requirements related to marketing technology.
Position Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional and educational experience is required.
- 6+ years of experience supporting and administering Marketing Technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and business development technologies (preferably within professional services or legal industries).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat, along with experience in tools like InterAction, Vuture, Power BI, and Foundation.
- Experience in budget management and technology resource optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
- Periodic travel to the firm’s various offices is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:
- State of California: $111,000 - $211,000
- State of Colorado: $102,000 - $182,000
- State of Illinois: $100,000 - $194,000
- Jersey City, NJ: $120,000 - $218,000
- State of Maryland: $107,000 - $163,000
- State of Massachusetts: $111,000 - $211,000
- State of Minnesota: $111,000 - $183,000
- State of New York: $103,000 - $223,000
- State of Washington: $107,000 - $204,000
- Washington, D.C.: $143,000 - $210,000
The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
