This position is onsite in our Cleveland office with possibility of working a hybrid schedule (in office and work from home) after onboarding and training. 


Responsibilities:



  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains to streamline and enhance financial processes.

  • Lead and support the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Act as a key contributor to month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives.

  • Execute day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications:                                                                                     



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Great Plains.

  • Strong understanding of FP&A principles and practices.

  • Solid foundation in staff accounting procedures and GAAP.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools including SQL.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
