- Drafting, reviewing and revising a variety of legal documents including Trusts, Accounting Petitions, Petitions for Instructions, and Conservatorship Petitions
- Overseeing Trust drafting, Trust Administrations, Probate cases, and Conservatorship cases throughout the entire process
- Managing Probate Notes and Tentative Rulings by supplying necessary Supplements
- Collaborating closely with the Owner and other Senior Associate Attorney to ensure seamless case progression
- Assigning duties to paralegals, legal assistants, and law clerks while supervising their tasks
- Conducting initial consultations and meetings with clients
- Maintaining strong client relationships through consistent and timely communication
- Representing clients during hearings
- Working in conjunction with the billing department to create and send invoices.
- The ideal Trusts, Estates & Probate Attorney for our firm in Newport Beach, CA should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, or Probate
- Must be licensed with the California State Bar
