About the Role






erforming advanced to expert level development tasks within the Service Catalog and most modules within the ServiceNow platform. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.









Responsibilities & Qualifications






Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Developing within the extensive inventory of custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
  • Performing key advanced development tasks specific in support of enterprise projects and initiatives
  • Participating in process flow analysis and process redesign along with stakeholders and team members
  • Creating and/or maintaining Service Catalog items, some of which require complex catalog development experience and knowledge
  • Creating and/or maintaining components, such as Server-side scripts, ACLS, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, AJAX using languages such as JavaScript, Angular, and Python

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

 

  • Possess the ability to manage, organize, and disseminate information effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Exhibit the ability to follow defined process and learn new concepts quickly in order to test and support the administrative functions within ServiceNow

 

And have:

 

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent; a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • ServiceNow Administrator certification
  • ServiceNow Developer certification
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • A minimum of two (2) years of IT business related experience
