REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and minimum of 1-year customer service experience

Job Overview:
The Settlement Support Specialist will collaborate with the legal team to manage the settlement payment process and provide the best service to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients, insurance companies, and other parties to initiate payment processes related to personal injury claims
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, communications, and agreements
- Preparing payment reports
- Working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to ensure that the payment process is handled in accordance with the firm’s policies and legal guidelines
- Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the payment process, such as client concerns, questions, and expectations.
