Social Media Coordinator


JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team and help us establish a strong online presence. As a Social Media Coordinator at Singleton Schreiber, LLP, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. Your work will contribute to enhancing our brand awareness, building our online reputation, and ultimately attracting new clients to our law firm.


This position will report to the Marketing Manager and Chief Client Officer.


SALARY AND BENEFITS:


$70,000-$75,000


Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Key Responsibilities


Social Media Management:



  • Maintain and update our firm's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

  • Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely content sharing.

  • Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive online reputation.


Content Creation and Graphic Design



  • Create compelling and informative content, including articles, blog posts, graphics, videos, and infographics, that align with our firm's areas of expertise.

  • Collaborate with legal professionals to develop content that educates and informs our audience about relevant legal topics.

  • Leverage your strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing content that enhances engagement and brand recognition.

  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to our brand voice and style guidelines.


Audience Engagement



  • Proactively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, questions, and messages promptly.

  • Foster discussions, encourage user-generated content, and build relationships with our followers.

  • Monitor social media trends and adapt our strategy accordingly to stay relevant and engaging.


Analytics and Reporting



  • Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media performance, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize our social media strategy.

  • Campaigns and Promotions:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to promote our firm's services, events, and achievements.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.


Ad Copy and Sponsorships



  • Draft persuasive ad copy for use in paid social media advertising campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives, such as sponsorships and ad placements.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify sponsorship opportunities and create promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role, preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.

  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of legal terminology and an understanding of the legal industry is a plus.
