Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, a leading immigration law firm in Austin with a strong social justice focus, is seeking a dynamic on-site Social Media Manager and Business Development Coordinator. In this role, you'll work closely with the firm's owner to create impactful content and elevate our online presence while driving community engagement. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Austin, Texas location. You'll collaborate directly with the firm's owner to develop and execute our content strategy, ensuring our social media presence aligns with our mission and values.Β

Content Creation and Social Media Management (Primary Focus):

  • Collaborate with the Owner: Work hand-in-hand with the firm's owner to brainstorm, create, and refine content that reflects our expertise and passion for immigrant rights.
  • Lead Our Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality, bilingual (English/Spanish) content including posts, stories, reels, and live streams that resonate with our audience and promote immigrant rights awareness.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong relationships with clients and supporters.
  • Social Advertising: Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to the owner and leadership team.


Business Development Support:

  • Referral Program: Assist in designing and implementing a referral program that strengthens our relationships within the immigrant community.
  • Growth Strategies: Contribute to developing strategies to expand the client base, focusing on digital marketing and community outreach.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute in-office and local community events to enhance our firm's presence and support our social justice mission.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a professional services or advocacy setting.
  • Experience working within the immigrant community is essential.
  • Familiarity with or experience in immigration law is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to create compelling visual content (graphics, videos) for social media.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Passion for social justice and immigrant rights.


Additional Requirements:

  • This is an in-office position requiring daily presence at our Austin location.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the owner's schedule for content creation sessions and strategy meetings
