The Talent Acquisition Manager role at Wealth.com is a professional responsible for overseeing the organization's recruitment strategies and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to meet the company’s business goals. This role typically blends strategic planning with hands-on recruiting, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of hiring best practices, and alignment with the organization's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple departments. This includes phone screens, virtual interviews, and on-site interviews.
    • Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they receive timely updates and information.
    • Job Postings: Assist in creating and posting job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
    • Offer Letters and Documentation: Help prepare and send offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding documentation to selected candidates.
    • Recruitment Tracking: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate details, statuses, and feedback after interviews.
    • Background Checks & References: Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening processes.
    • Recruitment Events: Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities to support talent acquisition efforts.
    • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring that new employees have all necessary materials and information.
    • Metrics and Reporting: Compile recruitment metrics and reports, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status, for use by leadership.
    • Process Improvement: Assist the talent acquisition team with optimizing recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as HR, hiring managers, and department heads to support recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.

Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a recruiting or HR support role, or equivalent experience.
    • Proven success managing recruitment during periods of rapid scaling.
    • Expertise in optimizing processes and implementing systems to support growth.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus.
    • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
    • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
    • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
    • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive candidate experience.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.Familiarity with trends in hiring, labor markets, and workforce development.

$75,000 - $85,000 a year
