Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality and Test Automation Lead Engineer to oversee the implementation of our test strategy and champion our automation-first approach. In this role, you will promote best practices in automation and quality, ensuring teams adhere to established testing standards, including integration, regression and end-to-end testing. You will lead quality review processes, evaluate the effectiveness of automated testing solutions, and recommend improvements to enhance overall quality.
Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting key quality metrics, mentoring QA engineers, coordinating release schedules, and ensuring compliance with security, performance, and testing standards. You will work with tools like JIRA and Playwright to manage defects and provide comprehensive reports on test coverage, automation efficiency, and defect density. This role focuses on strategic oversight, team collaboration, and driving adherence to quality and automation standards throughout the organization.
