The Role
DESCRIPTION:
Clifford Chance US LLP is seeking a professional, self-motivated, experienced individual to play a lead role in developing and implementing our learning and development strategy. The Technology Learning & Development Manager will be committed to providing an environment for continuous learning leading to greater staff engagement throughout the Americas region. A successful incumbent should be innovative, creative and understand the dynamics and challenges of a global organization. Additionally, the individual must be skilled at developing courseware, have strong presentation skills and have proficiency in adult learning, creating high-level training courses that incorporate experiential learning activities to meet the needs of a varied audience. The role is based in our New York office and will report to the Regional Technology Manager – Americas with a dotted reporting line to the Global Head of Technology L&D.

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
