This role is not only about answering incoming calls and emails from prospective new clients; it's about being the first point of contact, providing crucial information about our firm and services, and building a friendly and engaging rapport.


You will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills by screening potential clients, answering inbound calls, making outbound follow-up calls, and maintaining detailed records of all communications. Plus, earn extra compensation each week for your diligent work!

  • Answer incoming calls and incoming e-mails from prospective new clients to set appointments
  • Provide crucial information about our firm and services.
  • Build and maintain a friendly, engaging rapport with clients.
  • Screen potential clients to determine if they meet our criteria.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls and keep detailed records of all communications.
  • Earn additional compensation each week for your commitment and diligence.
  • Interview and screen prospective new clients while building rapport with friendly, engaging communication
  • Provide information about our law firm and its services

  • Maintain telephone notes and other records of communication with prospective new clients
  • Other related tasks
  • Prior Family Law experience is a super plus!
  • Prior outstanding customer service or sales experience
  • Mature
