TRAINING AND PROCESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR


JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Training and Process Development Coordinator to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate. Exercising sound discretion and judgment are imperative as there will be lots of development and growth of the training team.


This is a remote role.


SALARY AND BENEFITS:


$26.00-$30.00/hour


Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

JOB DUTIES:



  • Organizing and Coordinating Training Sessions: Scheduling training sessions, preparing materials, and ensuring all resources are available for smooth execution.

  • Managing Schedules: Keeping track of the Training Manager's calendar, arranging meetings, and coordinating with other departments to avoid conflicts.

  • Handling Correspondence: Managing emails and phone calls related to the training department, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Supporting the Training Manager: Assisting with the development of training materials, presentations, and other educational content.

  • General Administrative Support: Performing clerical duties such as data entry as well as uploading materials into online platforms as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:



  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordination support role, preferably in a cross-functional training or learning environment.

  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint.

  • A successful candidate will be detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work remotely.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
