Baird Holm LLP is seeking a transactional attorney with 3 or more years of law firm experience with the following background and experience:



  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school

  • Strong academic history

  • Active admission in good standing with the Nebraska bar or ability to obtain the same quickly

  • Prior experience in conducting due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and handling closings

  • Prior experience in corporate, real estate, finance, permitting, construction, litigation, or tax credits beneficial

  • Strong writing, analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and robust work ethic

  • Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projects
