As a Trial Attorney, you will have the opportunity to use your negotiation and litigation skills while working alongside this team of experienced and respected attorneys. ARE YOU THE TRIAL ATTORNEY WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
To excel in this position, you will require a strong work ethic; a desire to zealously represent clients in and out of the courtroom; and exceptional verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to think critically are crucial in building strong cases and crafting persuasive arguments. Proficiency in legal research software and tools, such as Westlaw, is required to conduct thorough legal research and stay current with relevant laws and precedents.
