Wealth.com is seeking a Vice President of Sales Operations who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company goals. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing the overall performance of our sales team.

Requirements:

    • Annual Sales Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement territory plans, booking targets, and sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
    • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, provide insightful analysis, and generate regular reports to track performance against targets. Lead planning and facilitation of various GTM meetings, including annual Sales Kickoff, Quarterly Business Reviews, regular Pipeline Reviews, and Sales’ preparations for the annual Customer Conference. 
    • Sales Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, providing coaching and support to drive continuous improvement.
    • Commission Plan Management: Design, implement, and manage commission plans to incentivize sales team performance and drive results. Ensure alignment with company objectives and fairness across the sales organization.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Leadership of Sales Forums: Lead planning and facilitation of various GTM meetings, including annual Sales Kickoff, Quarterly Business Reviews, regular Pipeline Reviews, and Sales’ preparations for the annual Customer Conference.  
    • Technology Enablement: Administer sales technology tools and related procedures to support sales operations and enhance productivity. Manage Salesforce CRM data and functional enhancements to inform and track customer engagement, sales pipelines, and sales performance data.
    • Talent Development: Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales operations function, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
    • Budget management: Set and meet budgetary targets; oversee annual planning.
    • Support head of sales with ad hoc projects according to company needs.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • 8-10 years of experience in sales operations in a similar Enterprise Software company, wealth/tech experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a focus on results.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in sales process optimization, sales forecasting, and performance management.
    • Experience with Salesforce and other sales technology tools.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives to successful completion.

$180,000 - $240,000 a year
