Position Summary:

The Brand Reputation Strategist is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Firm's online presence through the strategic management of reputation and review channels. This role works closely with the Marketing team to improve the user experience, engage with reviews on various platforms, and contribute to reputation management campaigns that align with organizational goals. The Reputation Manager monitors reviews across platforms like Facebook, Google My Business, Glassdoor, Yelp, and others, responding to feedback while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. The role also involves content creation for digital and social media, reporting on performance, and maintaining the consistency of the Firm’s branding across review platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continually collaborate with Marketing team to improve user experience and marketing processes across all initiatives including reviews for On Air Radio winners and Off-site activations. 
  • Monitors online ratings and reviews platforms, Facebook, Google My Business, Glassdoor, Yelp, and others.  
  • Respond to daily reviews through a review dashboard (currently Birdseye) after effectively handling with internal team for best possible outcome.  
  • Assist with drafting and editing of written communications including but not limited to digital content, internal/external communications, and social media inquiries. 
  • Act as a liaison/ administrator with reputation dashboard vendor platform. 
  • Builds Firm’s reputation while addressing negative feedback and reviews in a timely manner 
  • Collaborates with marketing team to enhance quality of online presence and align social and reputation strategy with Firm objectives 
  • Collaborates with all internal teams to request client reviews. 
  • Creates best practices for reviewing, compiling and analyzing online feedback from social and reputation channels 
  • Creates and executes strategic engagement and reputation campaigns for Prospects, Community Partners, and Clients. 
  • Measure and track effectiveness of all reputation marketing campaigns and initiatives 
  • Compile and complete related marketing reports and audits on an ongoing basis as requested 
  • Captures, produces and shares customer and employee reviews in testimonial format across a variety of channels 
  • Assists with content creation for social media as it relates to reputation management. 
  • Develops and maintain consistent property branding and tone of voice among review platforms 
  • Develops and distributes monthly reports and saves in designated SharePoint folder. 
  • Attending off-site events and participating in set up, execution and take down of equipment. 
  • Collaborate on Marketing projects as assigned by supervisor and marketing team leaders 
  • Additional marketing-related duties as assigned and needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years marketing, reputation brand position or high-end customer service role
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, business administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. 
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Creativity in developing engaging messages and campaigns

Physical Requirements:

  • Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.  
  • Stand/Sit – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. 
  • Walk – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. 
  • Use of hands/fingers to handle or feel – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer. 
  • Climbs stairs – May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.   
  • Carry weight/lift - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs
