A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLERICAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT I


As a Clerical Operations Assistant I, you spend most of your day inputting various types of data into our computer systems or databases which may include alphanumeric data, numerical data, text, and other relevant information. The typical day consists of:



  • Pulling Data from Various Software Sources

  • Printing and Mailing Correspondence

  • Notice Verification within our Systems

  • Loading and Verifying Data into our Systems from various internal and external platforms.

  • Researching data for Reporting

  • Clerical Work

  • Perform Manual Data Entry operational tasks

  • Work side by side with Operations Team

  • Perform other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)

  • Additional education or training in data entry or computer-related or experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is a plus!
