Overview: As the Corporate Counsel at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:
· In this role, you will manage, negotiate, and execute various types of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, Service Orders, Statements of Work, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts
· You will utilize your independent judgment or collaborate with outside counsel to assess risks associated with deviations from standard contract terms
· Additionally, you will solicit input from relevant stakeholders to ensure their perspectives are incorporated into agreements
· Manage, negotiate, and execute various contracts

Qualifications:
· You will gain valuable experience in contract management and risk assessment, which are essential skills for career advancement in corporate law
· Expertise in contract management and negotiation
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to think critically and make informed decisions
· Familiarity with corporate law and compliance
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
· Admission to the bar in at least one state
· Proven experience in corporate law or contract negotiation
· Strong understanding of legal principles and practices
· Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
