Full job description
Position Summary:
The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our organization.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
- Design and develop new products and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product quality
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product design and development
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Experience with Titan ERP a plus
- Experience with project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Critical Skills:
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to solve problems
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets
- Ability to resolve complex customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport within a team
