Your Impact
As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and implementation efforts of an engineering team engaged in complex projects, including the development of wet process equipment systems. Collaborating closely with product management, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams, you will ensure that services meet functional, scalability, and quality requirements. You'll also work alongside engineering leads to enhance and expand our core technologies while driving successful project outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of wet process equipment solutions for various markets, including Power Devices, MEMS & Sensors, and Advanced Packaging. 
• Identify and implement design improvements and new components to enhance product performance and reliability. 
• Respond promptly to critical customer escalations and drive solutions to completion. 
• Develop and document engineering processes, specifications, and system designs through detailed diagrams, flowcharts, and reports. 
• Improve operations through systems analysis and recommending changes to policies and procedures. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering goals with business objectives. 
• Stay up to date with state-of-the-art tools, techniques, and equipment through professional development. 
• Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive operational information.

Technical Skills 

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in the design and development of electro-mechanical systems. 
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and systems integration. 
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills. 

Education Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field is required. 
• An MBA is a plus. 

Experience 

• 10+ years of experience in the design of industrial equipment, with a focus on electro-mechanical sub-assemblies or complete systems for semiconductor, manufacturing, or defense industries. 
• Minimum of 7 years in managerial roles overseeing engineering teams and departments.
