Overview: As an Executive Assistant at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and organize the executives' schedules, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Coordinate both internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas, documentation of minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Handle sensitive documents and information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the executives, managing communications and correspondence with professionalism.
- Draft, review, and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.
- Assist in project management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Facilitate seamless communication between executives, staff members, and external partners.
- Assist in the preparation of operational budgets and monitor expenses and invoices.
- Provide support for various ad hoc projects and initiatives as required by the executives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with various SaaS tools and platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Proactive approach with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications as a personal assistant or secretary are advantageous.
- Work Schedule: Primarily aligned with Eastern Time (ET) hours, with occasional availability required outside standard business hours to accommodate executive schedules.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $75,000 to $90,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
