Overview: As a Junior Salesforce Administrator at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Salesforce and a strong desire to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with Senior Team Members to assist in the configuration, maintenance and optimization of our Salesforce platform to support various business process. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support, help to solution and resolve issues, and strive for internal and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via Work Requests.
Assist in the administration and configuration of Salesforce to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions and escalate and resolve complex issues that require advanced technical knowledge.
Assist stakeholders with basic end-user training, product feature explanations, usage guidance, and best practices to maximize their Salesforce experience and overall platform adoption.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields and page layouts under the guidance of Senior Team Members.
Support User management by maintaining user profiles, roles and permissions to ensure data security and proper access controls.
Help create and maintain basic reports, dashboards and analytics to help monitor key performance metrics.
Assist in data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing and data integrity checks.
Contribute to documentation of processes, procedures and configurations.
Participate in system upgrades, releases and patches, following established procedures.
Participate in training and skill development sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and updates, as well as third-party applications and integrations to enhance Salesforce functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Basic understanding of Salesforce concepts and administration
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
Familiarity with basic project management concepts and agile methodologies is a plus.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud) are a plus.
Strong willingness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Prior experience in software support or technical troubleshooting is advantageous.
