We're seeking a skilled full-time Lead Paralegal with 6+ years of proven experience in pre-litigation personal injury law. You'll be responsible for drafting detailed demand letters, negotiating insurance claims, and expertly managing a Pod who will help handle cases from after client intake through negotiation.

Compensation:

Quarterly performance bonuses, plus 401K matching, health insurance, and other benefits

  • Draft detailed personal injury demand letters
  • Negotiating pre-litigation case settlements
  • Assist in monitoring medical care, supervise status of records requested by Records Specialist
  • Recognize significant details from the medical records for drafting demand letters
  • Organize and maintain server files and Neos software
  • Calendaring events and meeting deadlines
  • Update adjusters and clients on treatment status and negotiation
  • Assist with new client (PNC) intake calls occasionally
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury law and litigation experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in drafting detailed demand letters and previous experience in negotiations are required
  • Strong adaptability, commitment to teamwork, and a desire for continuous growth are essential qualities for this role
  • The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, empathy towards clients, eagerness for learning, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent decision-making skills, time management, and adaptability are key attributes for success in this position
  • Experience with supervising others in their team
