Riverbend Commercial Title Services is in search of a Practice Group Assistant to provide
administrative support for paralegals and attorneys within the group.

Job Duties:
• Perform various administrative duties, including, travel arrangements, expense reports,
scheduling and details relating to practice group meetings, distribution of invites and
materials, populating firm calendars and creating agendas.
• Prepare documents at the direction of the title professionals, including but not limited to
correspondence letters, closing documents, binders, title insurance products and reports.
• Scan documents into electronic format and create electronic binders.
• Hand deliver packages.
• Make deposits at banking institutions.
• Correspond with banking institutions to obtain releases mortgages and other security
instruments.
• Correspond with Riverbend employees, third party service providers, clients and customers
of Riverbend as directed by Riverbend paralegals and attorneys.
• Conduct online research, gather information, and prepare written reports.
• Maintain and input billable hours.
• Enter billable time for title professionals.
• Makes necessary copies and arrange various copy projects with copy service.
• Confirm wire transfer instructions
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Title Insurance experience a plus.
• May lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
