Overview: As a Product Support Executive, you'll be the go-to pro tackling technical issues and fielding inquiries to ensure users love their experience with Litera. You'll deliver top-notch assistance via email and phone, focusing on product installation, configuration, and issue, all while being a vital member of our customer support frontline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience in application support/software support/desktop support
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and hardware.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Experience in creating support documentation
A team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
Familiarity with law firms and legal technology preferred
Work Environment:
This position may require working in an office or remotely, as per the company's policy.
Flexibility to work different shifts or additional hours as needed to accommodate customers in various time zones.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in resolving technical issues with SaaS products, coupled with a fast-learning curve for mastering new applications.
Strong communicator with an aptitude for breaking down complex issues into user-friendly language.
Quick at problem solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
