Overview: As a Product Support Executive, you'll be the go-to pro tackling technical issues and fielding inquiries to ensure users love their experience with Litera. You'll deliver top-notch assistance via email and phone, focusing on product installation, configuration, and issue, all while being a vital member of our customer support frontline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

  • Hands-on experience in application support/software support/desktop support

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and hardware.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously.

  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions

  • Experience in creating support documentation

  • A team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.

  • Familiarity with law firms and legal technology preferred

Work Environment:

  • This position may require working in an office or remotely, as per the company's policy.

  • Flexibility to work different shifts or additional hours as needed to accommodate customers in various time zones.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in resolving technical issues with SaaS products, coupled with a fast-learning curve for mastering new applications.

  • Strong communicator with an aptitude for breaking down complex issues into user-friendly language.

  • Quick at problem solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
