Sales (Prospect Facing)

We are looking for a Non-Attorney Sales Closer to meet with our prospective new clients. Is that you?

We believe that fathers are irreplaceable, and we’re on a mission to challenge biases, advocate for fairness, and ensure every child feels loved and worthy.

Note: This is a FULL-TIME position on-site at our offices in Hackensack, New Jersey

• Conduct meetings with prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our legal services.
• Facilitate the closing process to convert the prospect to a retained client, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM database.
• Collaborate with our legal team to address all prospect and client concerns and provide suggested solutions to meet their needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to the firm's overall success.
