Overview: As a Scrum Master at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Keep teams organized, focused, following priorities, and executing on plans
• Lead teams through discussions, including those related to quality, resources, scope, and help drive decision making
• Schedule, facilitate, and lead teams through scrum events
• Act as teams’ spokesperson as well as liaison between development teams and Product Management
• Regularly interact with Technical Leads, Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Product Management. Interact with other departments when needed
• Hold team members accountable for completing tasks
• Remove impediments and coach the teams on removing impediments
• Assist teams in communicating and demonstrating their work to stakeholders
• Create a positive environment and team dynamic where teams can work efficiently and effectively
• Promote a culture of openness, respect, and transparency among team members
• Lead teams in self-organization and self-improvement
• Identify areas for improvement and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Help motivate team members
• Track teams’ progress against established goals
• Track and report on team metrics
• Accurately identify the proper tasks needed to complete assignments
• Complete tasks quickly and with a high degree of quality and efficiency
• Work under moderate supervision. Receive guidance but also use independent judgement to accomplish job functions

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $85,000 to $110,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
