Come join a team of hard-working and motivated Professional Service Consultants and Content Designers who focus on implementing applications and providing customized templates related to initial document creation. We are looking for an individual who can manage multiple projects at once, configure and customize templates using Litera Create and Microsoft Word.

A Day in the Life:

  • Use advanced Microsoft Word features, including styles, textboxes, and graphics and Create tools, including variables, blocks and expressions to customize templates for small, medium, and large software implementations
  • Work Independently on template customization projects
  • Consult with internal and external customers to identify and assess needs and determine best approach for template customizations
  • Make complex design and customization decisions
  • Identify creative ways to solve customer template issues through a deep product understanding and an innovative approach to template customization
  • Test and validate deliverables for accuracy and usability
  • Manage customization projects efficiently and effectively, including keeping project constituents informed of project status on a regular basis and keeping Salesforce project information up-to-date
  • Ensure all product deliverables are delivered on time and on target and projects conclude successfully with high customer satisfaction
  • Act as a customer advocate by providing feedback to our internal teams related to product improvements
  • Provide guidance to other team members regarding template customization
  • Provide guidance to Customer Care team regarding template customization questions and troubleshooting
  • Assist in creating and updating template customization guide, QRGs, and videos
  • Assist in Create Design trainings

About You:

  • 2-3 years experience with template customization
  • Logical thinker and creative problem solver
  • Strong MS Office skills, including extensive knowledge of and experience working with Microsoft Word styles and formats
  • Enjoy collaborating with others but able to focus and work independently on template customizations for hours at a time
  • Self-motivated and interested in personal growth and development
  • Strong project management and communication skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and internal assignments in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience doing template customization for or working in the legal environment a plus
  • Prior Litera Create experience a plus

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $65,000 to $92,800. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
