Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- Consults with clients and system users to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
- Manages client implementation projects across platforms.
- Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.
- Analyzes business processes and applications to identify problems and recommend changes.
- Automate business processes using business automation toolsets to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Writes and maintains functional specifications for new or modified business systems.
- Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
- Creates or assists others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, training programs and procedures.
- Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests.
- Identifies program, application, and system problems and resolutions.
- Analyzes operational errors and provides guidance to development unit as needed.
- Assists less experienced staff in implementing technical solutions.
- Complete all required training applicable to assigned position.
- Additional duties as requested or required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in the field of computer science or business administration.
- 10 yearsβ relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Visio, and data management tools
- Data analysis and Project Management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
